Take an hour for yourself away from all of life's stresses and worries to immerse yourself in the magic of sound. The vibrations, frequencies and sound take you through a deep relaxation experience reaching your body on a cellular level. Sound healing promotes a greater sense of balance, calm, relaxation, and tension release.
